Luxury Bathroom Transformation with Remote Planning (Naphill)

The Project: To design and deliver a complete, luxury bathroom refurbishment for clients who were, at the time, living in the USA and planning their return to the UK.

The Challenge: The primary challenge was managing the entire design and planning process remotely. The project required a high level of trust and exceptional communication. The build itself was a & back-to-brick & renovation, involving the complete removal of the old floor and an airing cupboard to create a larger, open space.

Our Solution: We acted as the client’s trusted partner on the ground.

• Remote Consultation: We held multiple in-depth planning meetings via Zoom to exchange ideas, present plans, and finalise every detail before work began.
• Full Project Management: Our team stripped the room to brickwork and managed every aspect of the build.
• Skilled Trade Coordination: We coordinated a full team of specialists, including our expert plumbers, electricians, plasterers, tilers, floorers, and decorators, to ensure a premium, high-standard finish.
  
  

The Result: The result is a stunning, picturesque bathroom, with the free-standing bath serving as a beautiful centrepiece. The project was completed on time, ready for the family’s return from the USA.
