Wet Room Installation With A Traditional Theme Henley, Oxfordshire

We were asked to undertake a complete En suite bathroom refurbishment by a Property management Agency –

We had several consultations with the Landlord over Skype due to them being overseas, they gave us some “must have criteria for the En-suite renovation project)

These included but weren’t limited to;

Had to remain a wet room
Be in keeping with the style of property however re create
Good quality items
A decent extractor system
A completely finished job with nothing left for the landlord to organise.

We were also given strict time constraints as the project was to be carried out while the tenants were away. We set to work organising the teams required including

Plumbers – to undertake the majority of the work
Electricians
Tiler
Roofer (To install specialist tile to vent new extractor fan through)
Decorator
Our materials supplier to help with design and supply
Tile supply company to consult on in-keep tile colours and designs

The pictures of the project speak for themselves and all parties, The managing agents, The Landlord, the tenants and of course our own team were thrilled with the results. All work was undertaken meeting all criteria specified inc Budget, design and timescales.

Complete Refurbishment of Bungalows Bathroom Inc Removal and Re-support Of Structural Wall Great Kingshill, Bucks

A project that needed several different trades to come together to create an amazing result! The bathroom had already had a partial Rip out by the owners however they wanted a top notch finish so decided to get in the Pro’s!

We created a design the owners loved, this included removing a supporting wall which was part of the pre existing shower area.

We were given the Green light by the owner to book the job in and start the work. Various trades were brought in to complete the project including

Plumbers
Builders (Removal and re support of the wall)
Plasters
Tiler
Electrician
Decorator
Floorer

We complete this bathroom with some great additions including.

LED de misting backlit mirror
Shower area with Smart Aqualisa shower
Alcove lighting in the shower area.
Semi Freestanding bath complete with Overflow bath filler and diverter to handset
Additional storage units
Spot lighting throughout

The house owners were over the moon and couldn’t believe the transformation!

Main bathroom Renovation including Knock though to Bedroom other side of wall to gain space Maidenhead, Berkshire

The owners of this property had recently purchased it, The Property had everything they wanted except for their dream bathroom.

The Pre existing bathroom was lacking in space so we decided the best option was to utilise some of the unused space in the rather large bedroom the other side of the Bathroom wall.

We Gave our costs and time scale to carry out the project as well as an offer to view our previous work in other local properties, Designs were created based on the information and criteria given to us by the customer. The customer had been in contact with several other companies to quote for the work however a severe lack of communication and care by the other companies led them to appoint us to undertake the work.

Everything went ahead as planned with operations running smoothly by a great team and regular site visits by the Project manager to ensure the customer was happy throughout.

No additional costs were added and the project was completed for the price agreed prior to undertaking the work

Carronite L shape bath – ideal For both showering and bathing
A powerful Aqualisa fully pumped shower with Diverter to Rainwater head as well As a handled option installed to a riser rail
Hansgrohe Bath overflow filler
Moduleo style flooring

Another Great result!

Downstairs Shower room, Designed and installed for a customers with Restricted mobility. Maidenhead, Berkshire

We had already carried out several bathroom installs for this customers in previous homes so they knew the standard and quality of our workmanship.
The criteria on this bathroom was a little different to previous ones as they had now moved home and had their mother in law coming to live with them who has restricted mobility.

The Shower room was design to be practical but also be non-invasive towards the new occupiers needs and limited mobility.

We worked with the client to Ensure we used the space as best as possible.

Through hard work on all parties sides we achieved the desired effect and completed another bathroom for the client – They already warned us they’ve got another one in the pipeline!

While undertaking the work we made some slight alterations from the customers original designs.

Everything was thought about included Grab bar locations and shower controls to ensure the user could easily control the showers temperature prior to entering the “Wet Zone”
